I’m an accomplished Critical Care Flight Paramedic, visionary healthcare educator, and the founder of the Mechanical Ventilation Training Institute (MVTI). With over 20 years of frontline experience in emergency and critical care medicine, I’ve become a leading voice in advancing mechanical ventilation education and training for healthcare professionals worldwide.

Driven by a passion to close critical gaps in ventilator management training, I founded MVTI in 2022 to provide the highest-quality, evidence-based education to clinicians across all healthcare disciplines.

My team and I have created the groundbreaking Basic Ventilator Life Support (BVLS), Advanced Ventilator Life Support (AVLS), and Prehospital Ventilator Life Support (PHVLS) certification courses, marking the first post-graduate ventilator training programs designed specifically for interdisciplinary clinical application.

A graduate in Organizational Leadership, I bring a strategic mindset and a deep commitment to clinical excellence, adult learning theory, and transformative leadership. I have developed and delivered numerous specialized workshops tailored to the needs of paramedics, nurses, respiratory therapists, and physicians around the globe.
